When to initiate Care Management?
Care Management can be utilized at many points throughout a person’s lifetime. Services can be directed to assist as a brief intervention to avoid crisis, or as a long-term support. For long-term support, our services can be utilized intermittently or continuously.

Is there a minimum amount of time that I need to sign up for care management?
No minimums required. We work at your pace and offer competitive pricing to fit most budgets.
What is the goal of care management?
The goal of care management is to help our clients reach short-term and long-term goals. Our Care Managers will help you advocate, understand your benefits, assist in you decision making, and bring together the services your need.
Does Medicare cover the cost of Care Management?
Medicare and Medicaid do not currently cover Care Management services. Our clients pay privately for our services.
Who needs a Fiduciary?
Fiduciaries serve a wide range of people, but seniors often need our help. Fiduciaries can also be advocates for people with disabilities, those who can no longer take care of themselves (regardless of age), those with memory loss or dementia, widowed individuals, people with mental illness or other challenges, the elderly who have no others to assist, and those who might otherwise become victims of elder abuse or neglect.
How do you charge for fiduciary services? Is there a fee schedule?
We charge hourly and only charge when we act on your behalf. If we are not working on your case, we do not bill for our services. No annual fees or hidden costs. Yes, have a fee schedule, which we will happily share with you so you can make an informed decision.
Why should I hire a fiduciary instead of relying on a family member?
In many cases, it makes sense to hire someone to handle your affairs during illness or end of life. These decisions can be difficult during times of high stress for family members. Many of these tasks are often demanding and time-consuming.
How do I become a client?
We encourage you to schedule a 30-minute call to discover if we are the right fit for you. This call is truly an information exchange, not a sales call, and is completely confidential. If you decide to move forward, your next step is with your attorney to name us in your documents. Once named in your documents, we will onboard you as a valued client.
