Trinity Advocacy Group for me is the culmination of a life dedicated to advocating for older adults and their families. As far back as 7th grade, aging was fascinating to me; growing up under the same roof with my grandmother and great-grandfather surely influenced my curiosity. Serving seniors and their families began formally for me in 1991 and I have enjoyed every dynamic year of what I affectionately call “my life’s work”.
Michelle Borkowicz, MSW
Director of Care Management
I have 18 years of experience with a strong emphasis in healthcare services, advocacy, individual and family therapy, hospice care, and grief therapy. I also have experience in bookkeeping, money management, and financial goal planning.
Fiduciary Case Manager
Family has always been very important to me, which is exactly why I joined Trinity Advocacy Group. I come from a large family that believes strongly in taking care of each other and demonstrating respect to all people. I witnessed my grandmother suffer with Alzheimer’s disease, which was a very helpless feeling, but seeing her smile when she saw me was a comfort to us both.
Karin Arnott, MS
I am thrilled to join Trinity Advocacy Group as a Case Manager! I have spent the past nine years working in senior living communities, including skilled nursing, assisted living, memory care, sheltered care, and life space communities.
Micah Hibler, MSW
Growing up I was lucky enough to have a large extended family which included multiple great-aunts, great-uncles and grandmothers. Being able to help assist these family members as they aged became a passion to me. These experiences informed my desire to work within the aging field. My goal is to support individuals to age in ways that are meaningful and important to them. I am truly excited to work for Trinity Advocacy Group to forward their mission.
Director of Financial Operations
I joined Trinity Advocacy Group in 2020 as the Director of Financial Operations. Previously, I spent the last 30 years working with at-risk youth. During my tenure, I was promoted to supervisor and worked as part of the management team for 20 years, enjoying opportunities to lead teams and initiatives.
As an Administrative Assistant and one of the newest members of Trinity Advocacy Group, I’m proud to be part of an organization that is dedicated to being advocates for vulnerable older adults, the adult disabled, and their families. I grew up in Michigan and enjoyed spending family time with my four grandmothers and four grandfathers.
