Adult Guardianship

When decisional capacity is no longer intact,
we can step in.

Trinity Advocacy Group serves as Guardian of the Person, Guardian of the Estate, or both. This may be an option when a person does not have a Power of Attorney or Advanced Directives in place. Serving as guardian is a serious role, which we are honored to fulfill.

Examples of decisions made by Guardians:

Guardian of the Person: Guardian of the Estate:
*Living environment *Manage or sell property
*Healthcare decisions *Complete bill pay
*End-of-life decisions *Oversee financial assets
*Attend care meetings *Apply for/Manage insurance and benefits
